Closo ships features gradually. New automation runs against 5-50 sellers first, then 500, then everyone. We do this because some changes can affect marketplace standing — better to find issues with 5 sellers than 5,000.
Three rollout tiers
Canary
5-10 sellers run a feature for 1-2 weeks while we watch metrics. We enroll a small cohort of volunteers — there's no self-serve switch.
Beta
100-500 sellers. Stable enough for daily use, with the occasional rough edge. We expand the cohort once a feature has proven itself in the canary stage; enrollment is managed by our team.
General availability
Available to everyone. The default state for all features in your sidebar today.
There's no in-app toggle to enroll yourself in early access — beta and canary cohorts are managed by our team. If you'd like first access to new features, contact support and let us know you'd like to volunteer for a canary. If you'd rather have rock-solid stability, you don't need to do anything — you'll get features once they reach general availability.
