How the Crosslister works

The Crosslister relists one product across multiple marketplaces in a single click — keeping titles, photos, and prices synchronized so you never type the same description twice.

Reselling the same item on Poshmark, Mercari, and Depop usually means typing the same title three times, uploading the same photos three times, and remembering to update prices on every marketplace whenever you change one. That is three times the work for the same listing — and three places where a typo or stale price can cost you a sale.

The Crosslister fixes this. You set up a product once — title, photos, condition, price — and Closo lists it on every marketplace you have connected. Edit the price once, it updates everywhere. Swap a photo, it propagates. Mark it sold on one, it delists on the others.

Supported marketplaces

Closo crosslists to six marketplaces today. Each has its own quirks — different photo limits, different category trees, different shipping rules — and Closo handles those translations for you.

Poshmark
Lists with native Poshmark categories, the closet-share queue, and the size/brand fields Poshmark requires. Cross-listing runs through the Closo extension in your browser.
eBay
Uses eBay's official OAuth API — server-side, no browser needed. Includes item specifics and category mapping for the categories you sell in most.
Mercari
Lists with Mercari's strict category tree and the shipping-by-weight ranges Mercari expects. Runs through the Closo extension in your browser.
Vinted
Lists in women's, men's, or kids' fashion (Vinted does not accept other categories). Color tags, brand tags, size tags map automatically.
Depop
Lists with Depop's tag-heavy format (style, vibe, decade). Aspect-ratio crops handled automatically.
Shopify
Lists to your own Shopify store via the official OAuth API. Works for sellers who run a store on the side.

eBay and Shopify use official APIs — no extension needed. Poshmark, Vinted, Depop, and Mercari run through the Closo Chrome extension in your browser, because those marketplaces have no public listing API.

How it differs by plan

Crosslisting itself is not what you pay for. The Free plan ($0 forever) includes unlimited crosslisting across all six marketplaces — list as many products as you like, edit and sync them freely.

What the paid plans add is the AI agents: Listing Booster, Auto-Pricer, Quick Seller, Deal Finder, Auto-Offers, and Auto-Share. Pro ($29/month, or $199/year) gives you 30 AI actions per day. Unlimited ($59/month, or $252/year) removes the daily AI cap.

Unlimited also adds Closo Cloud — a dedicated server-side browser pinned to your account that runs your cross-list work even when your own computer is off, so jobs you queue keep going around the clock.

What's automated, what is not

Closo automates the repetitive parts: title and photo sync across marketplaces, listing creation, status tracking (Queued → Syncing → Listed, with Error/Retry on failure), and propagating edits when you change a price or photo on one marketplace.

You still own the creative parts: taking photos, writing the first description, picking the right category the first time you list a brand or item type. Once a category is mapped on first use, Closo remembers it and the second item in that category is a one-click crosslist.

Limits and edge cases

Each marketplace has its own rate limits. Poshmark caps daily shares per account; eBay requires item specifics for some categories; Vinted only accepts women's, men's, and kids' fashion.

Closo posts sequentially — one marketplace at a time per item — to keep your accounts safe from looking like a bot. Five marketplaces typically take 3-5 minutes per item.
