If your CSV import is rejected with a rate_limited error, you've hit the daily import limit. Here's how the limit works and what to do.
The daily limit
Each seller can run up to 10 CSV imports per day. The counter resets at midnight UTC — once it does, you can import again. If you legitimately need more than 10 in a day, contact support.
Work within the limit
Remember that each CSV import is also capped at 100 rows per file. To move a larger catalog, split it into files of 100 rows or fewer and run them as separate imports — just keep within the 10-imports-per-UTC-day ceiling, or spread the batches across days. The reset is at midnight UTC, not at your local midnight, so check the UTC clock if you're close to the limit.
