Closo payouts apply only to wholesale lots you sell through Closo's Sell module. Sales you make on Poshmark, eBay, Mercari, Vinted, Depop or Shopify are paid out by that marketplace, not by Closo — those payouts follow each marketplace's own schedule.
How a wholesale Sell payout works
When a buyer pays for one of your lots, the funds are held in escrow on your connected Stripe account — Closo controls the release timing rather than paying out on a fixed daily schedule.
After the buyer's package is marked delivered, Closo holds the payout through a roughly 3-day buyer-protection (dispute) window. An hourly job then releases the payout to your connected Stripe account, as long as no dispute is open on the order.
