Two strategies
1. **Drop the price intelligently.** The AI Floor Pricer looks at your similar items that DID sell, calculates a realistic minimum, and gradually lowers prices toward that floor — never below it.
2. **Bundle into a lot.** Group 2 to 12 items that fit one USPS Large Flat Rate box into a single wholesale offering and sell to a bulk buyer. Have more dead stock than that? Spread it across more than one lot. Closo includes lot-builder rails to make this easy.
